We are not an agency! With Email Mum Limited, you never have to worry about the employment responsibilities that come with private or agency-run cleaning staff. We are a fully managed service – all of our housekeepers are properly trained and insured, with full employment benefits and protection, earning well above the National Living Wage as a mark of the respect and value we place on their work. Visits can be from two hours weekly or fortnightly from Mondays to Fridays, depending on your personal requirements and property size (please note that we do not offer the service on evenings or weekends).

          About the service

We bring our experience of being in this business at the highest level for nearly twenty years to ensure that you receive the best, bespoke housekeeping around with all of our personal, unique touches.  We never:

  • Compromise on values, health and safety or confidential protection – our service comes with a comprehensive insurance package, not only for our staff but for our clients as well.  We follow a company ethos of trust, honesty and fairness for all, which guides everything we do.  We also hold house keys if required, backed with a secure key procedure and key holders’ insurance.  Clients can rest assured that in the result of an accident or emergency, they are fully protected
  • Allow an untrained housekeeper into your home – all of our housekeepers are fully trained and constantly supported to ensure that you receive the best and safest service delivery
  • Forget that our staff and our clients are of the utmost importance – we therefore take whatever steps we can to protect the health of both, by using efficient Bio-technology cleaning products that are environmentally friendly and much better for housekeepers to be employing on a regular basis.  These are all included in the package price.  To avoid cross-contamination between properties, we use the client’s vacuum cleaner and mop
  • Charge any hidden costs or tie our clients into a lengthy term of contract – all we ask is for four weeks’ notice* for cancellation of the service to enable us to find a replacement client for your personal housekeeper.  Payment is easy; we operate a monthly Balancing Payment bank transfer/standing order system, calculated on an average of your personal visit schedule through the year.
